The moment you need to understand free-form WhatsApp messages, classify customer inquiries by tone, or read invoices from PDFs, you're in AI Business Pro territory. AI agents pay for themselves once your support or sales queue is large enough to justify automated triage.
3) Calculate honest ROI before signing
Multiply the hours per month your team spends on the target task by your loaded hourly cost. Compare against the package price. Most Saudi SMEs we work with recover the package cost in 3 to 9 months, then move into net savings. 4) Confirm your local stack

Fixed packages give a clear floor — but the real engagement size moves with three factors that are hard to assess from the outside, which is why we run a free discovery before quoting:
- Number of source systems: connecting two systems is fast; connecting six (Salla + Odoo + ZATCA + WhatsApp + CRM + Google Sheets) needs a thicker integration layer.
- Custom logic: standard "send invoice after order" is hours of work; "route invoice differently based on B2B vs B2C, with installment via Tabby/Tamara, and ZATCA-compliant XML" is a project.
- AI scope: a rule-based WhatsApp bot ships in days; a Saudi-Arabic-fluent AI agent trained on your data and connected to your CRM is engineering, not configuration.
The package price covers the most common scope. Anything beyond is quoted in writing before any extra work begins — there are no surprise invoices.
Why fixed packages still need workflow discovery
A package is a price ceiling and a feature menu — it is not a complete scope. The discovery session is where we turn "Business Automation" into "this specific eight-step Salla → Odoo → ZATCA flow with these three WhatsApp triggers." Without that conversation, two companies on the same package would receive two very different builds, and the one with the clearer scope would always win on outcome.
The discovery is free, it lasts 20–30 minutes, and it produces a short written scope you keep regardless of whether you proceed.
